WAESOL provides a variety of ways to showcase your latest products, publications, software, and teaching tools for ESOL professionals:

Exhibit in Person at the Conference

Meet ESOL professionals in person and get more exposure in our engaging exhibit hall at the annual WAESOL conference.  Our upcoming WAESOL 2022 conference theme is Where the World Meets. The conference is at Highline College in Des Moines, WA on Saturday, October 22 from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Tables are $220 each and are 5 feet wide by 24 inches deep.  Each table registration includes one conference registration and the option to add one additional reduced price guest registration.  Register by October 1st to be listed in the conference program. Become a Conference Sponsor

In addition to an exhibitor table, we can feature you in several other ways during the 2022 conference:  

Conference Sponsorship Options:

Room Sponsor ($300):  Name and logo would appear on the room sign for in person sessions as well as on the conference schedule online in the SCHED platform and in the printed program.  A room sponsorship would apply to 5 consecutive sessions in the same room during the conference.  The logo and profile would also be included in the room sponsors section online. The online profile will allow a brief description of your organization and a place to link to your website from your profile. 

Silver Sponsor ($500): Name and logo would appear on the sponsors’ page of the conference SCHED platform in the Silver Sponsor section. The online profile will allow a brief description of your organization and a place to link to your website from your profile.  Your logo and organization would also be included on the list of sponsors in the downloadable/printed program. 

Gold Sponsor ($1000): Name and logo would appear on the sponsors’ page of the conference SCHED platform in the Gold Sponsor section. The online profile will allow a brief description of your organization and place for you to link to your website from your profile.  Your logo and organization would also be included on the list of sponsors in the downloadable/printed program. 

  • Gold Sponsors will have their logo and name displayed on the sponsors’ slide prior to the keynote address as attendees come into the conference. 
  • Gold Sponsors will also have their logo displayed on the rotating banner of the conference platform (SCHED)

Platinum Sponsor ($1500): Includes all of the Gold Sponsor items indicated above plus 

  • your logo will be included as a sponsor in emails going out to prospective attendees prior to the conference and communication to attendees leading up to the conference. 


Place an ad in the downloadable/printed conference program. 

  • $160 for a full page B/W ad
  • $85 for a half page
  • Ads must comply with the following:

    • Ads must support the purposes of WAESOL.
    • Ads must be provided as standard jpg, gif, or png format of 300dpi or better.
    • All copy must be resizable.
    • Ads for online publication can be submitted as either color or b/w.

Here’s some information about our organization and the publication.

Founded in 1975, WAESOL – Washington Association for the Education of Speakers of Other Languages, the Washington State affiliate of TESOL International, is a professional, non-profit organization whose purposes are to:

  • Promote scholarship
  • Disseminate information related to ESOL
  • Strengthen instruction, teacher training, and research in the teaching of English to speakers of other languages

WAESOL Educator is a biannual online publication of WAESOL with the goal of sharing information related to English teaching practices, materials, research, and professional development opportunities.

Readers of WAESOL Educator include professionals across the field of EL Education including, k-12, adult education, university intensive English programs, administrators, researchers, teacher educators, pre-service teachers, and graduate students.  While most WAESOL members reside/teach in Washington, our readers and membership are increasingly coming from outside of the state and beyond the US borders as we offer more online training and conferences.

We currently have 556 professional and student (pre-service and graduate) members and have a current distribution list of more than 3,600.
