WAESOL Educator is the biannual, professional, peer-reviewed, online journal of the Washington Association for the Education of Speakers of Other Languages (WAESOL) organization with over 2,000 on our distribution list. We publish articles concerning the teaching of language in elementary and secondary education, higher education, adult education, and bilingual education, as well as teacher preparation for pre-service and in-service teachers.
We currently have 456 professional and student members and have a current distribution list of more than 2,000. Most WAESOL members live and teach in Washington state, but our authors, readers, and membership are increasingly coming from outside the state and beyond the US borders as we offer more online training and expand our presence.
Your ad must
- support the goals and mission of WAESOL
- be standard png format of 600 dpi or better (jpg and gif also accepted)
- be 8.5 x 11 (full ad size), or 8.5 x 5.5 (half-page size), or resizable
- be received by the deadline–Summer issue: May 30; Winter issue: December 30
Placement of ads will be determined by the editor and layout designer.

- $180 – Full-page ads: 8.5 x 11 (with .5” margin)
- $95 – Half-page ads: 8.5 x 5.5 or 4.25 x 11

2024 Conference Tables & Sponsorship- November 2, 2024
Exhibit in Person at the Annual Conference
Meet ESOL professionals in person and get more exposure in our exhibit hall at the 2024 Annual WAESOL Conference.

- $260/table includes 1 conference registration for each table
- Each exhibitor logo will be included in the printed conference program.
- You may add one additional representative registration for each table using the “Add Guest” button ($80)

Become a Conference Sponsor
In addition to an exhibitor table, we can feature you in several other ways during the conference:
Conference Sponsorship Options:
Room Sponsor ($300): Name will appear on the room sign for in person sessions as well as on the conference schedule online in the SCHED platform and in the printed program. A room sponsorship will apply to 5 consecutive sessions in the same room during the conference. The name/logo and profile will also be included in the room sponsors section online. The online profile will allow a brief description of your organization and a place to link to your website from your profile.
Silver Sponsor ($500): Name and logo will appear on the sponsors’ page of the conference SCHED platform in the Silver Sponsor section. The online profile will allow a brief description of your organization and a place to link to your website from your profile. Your name/logo wo;; also be included on the list of sponsors in the downloadable/printed program.
Gold Sponsor ($1000): Name and logo will appear on the sponsors’ page of the conference SCHED platform in the Gold Sponsor section. The online profile will allow a brief description of your organization and place for you to link to your website from your profile. Your logo/organization will also be included on the list of sponsors in the downloadable/printed program.
- Gold Sponsors will have their logo and name displayed on the sponsors’ slide prior to the keynote address as attendees come into the conference.
Platinum Sponsor ($1500): Includes all of the Gold Sponsor items indicated above plus
- your logo will be included as a sponsor in emails going out to prospective attendees prior to the conference and communication to attendees leading up to the conference.

- Ads must support the purposes of WAESOL.
- Ads must be provided as standard jpg, gif, or png format of 300dpi or better.
