We are sorry you are having problems submitting your proposal or application for our WAESOL Conference. Here are some tips that may help you solve the problem.
- Make sure you are using a modern updated browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer).
- Refresh your browser page before entering the data.
- Clear your browser cache. Here’s a link describing how to do that.
- Sometimes when people enter data, such as abstract or title or description, they exceed the character limit. There is a message in red text indicating this error. If you scroll back up the page, you might see an error message in such a case.
- Make sure you are inserting unformatted text into the fields. Formatted text from Microsoft Word, for example, is not friendly to the system as Word text sometimes has hidden code in the background. Word has a command under Format that will clear all text of its formatting.
- If you are still having problems, try a different browser or a different computer.
