Volunteers Needed to Review Textbook for English Language Learners and Striving Readers (Needed for May and June)
Facing the Future is developing a content-based text for English Language Learners and striving readers. This resource will provide middle and high school students the tools to accelerate their language learning within the context of current global issues such as consumption, climate change, and peace and conflict. Each of the text's eight chapters includes vocabulary instruction, speaking and listening activities, reading skills, graphic organizers to build reading comprehension, writing extensions, and engaging hands-on activities.

We are looking for reviewers to give feedback on the structure and format of any of the eight chapters. If you are interested in reviewing this resource in May or June, please contact
Sheeba Jacob. Reviewers will be acknowledged in the final curriculum and receive a free copy of the completed resource.
