Carefully complete this form below to register for the WAESOL conference on Saturday, October 23, 2010 is now open.. Upon submission, you will then then be redirected to the payment page.
The regular conference fee is $80.00. If you are an official conference volunteer or if you have had a proposal accepted, the conference fee is $70. If you are both a volunteer and presenting, the fee is $60. If your proposal is pending, it is suggested that you wait to register until after you receive notification from the proposal review committee.
In the form below, please type your name and institution carefully. We will use exactly what is entered below for our records, including for conference name badges. If changes are necessary in your completed registration, please contact Indira Hazbic, the WAESOL Administrative Assistant, immediately.
Upon successful completion of your information below, you will be redirected to the payment page. Follow the instructions to complete payment. You will be sent an automatic receipt via e-mail upon submission of your payment. You are encouraged to bring this receipt to the conference for confirmation of payment.
We are not able to refund registration fees unless notice is given 48 hours in advance. We order lunches in advance and the food service does not give refunds for cancellations.
The conference registration fee includes lunch, snacks, and drinks and a yearly membership to WAESOL from October 2010 to October 2011.
Note: If you do not wish to pay by credit card, you may register the day of the conference and pay in cash or by check, but the on-site registration fee is $120.00.
IMPORTANT: If you are paying with a credit card with a different name, please indicate that clearly in the Comments/questions field below. It's important that we match the registrant name with the payee (credit card) name for our records.
