Exhibitor registration

To register as an exhibitor for the WAESOL Conference on Saturday, October 23, 2010, please complete this form below. After you submit your registration information, Bevin Taylor will contact you about the details of your submission and about payment options either by credit card online or by check or PO.

Tables will be pre-assigned on a first reserved, first served basis. Tables are 5 feet by 2 feet wide. All table space must be reserved in advance of the conference.

Special sponsorship opportunities for exhibitors are listed below. Please indicate your interest, and you will be contacted by Bevin.

Conference registration for two representatives is included for each exhibitor registration, and the fee includes lunch and a yearly membership to WAESOL from October 2010 to October 2011 as well.
